Who I Am
I am a 25 year old Front-end Developer originally from New York, now residing is Savannah, Georgia. I love crafting elegant applications that afford me the opportunity to learn as much as possible. Currently, my strong points include HTML5, CSS, and Javascript. I prefer to write my CSS in SASS and I have worked within large-scale production Angular applications. In addition, I have worked on small-scale Ruby on Rails applications.
During my time away from work, I enjoy playing golf or snowboarding when the opportunity arises. I also enjoy building PCs, gaming, reading, and traveling.

Front-end Developer
September 2015 -- January 2016
In my time at Jester Communications I had several responsibilities. Initially, I worked on their internal systems fixing bug reports, adding new features, and refactoring codebase. Having proven my abilities I was tasked with assisting a senior developer building responsive websites.
This was an invaluable learning experience in a fast-paced environment. I had the chance to work multiple projects in a short span with experienced developers.
What I’ve Made
Salty Paws App
This application was a capstone project for The Iron Yard. The idea behind this app was to create a resource for those individuals or organizations looking to catalog, track, and help stray cats in need. Users can log cat colonies and plot them with Google Maps for those interested. In addition, there is a discussion board and lost & found for any pet owners to participate.
The front-end of this application was built with ReactJS, HTML5, and SASS. The backend is built on Ruby on Rails and Postgresql.
